The Buckeyes will host Penn State in a three-game series with game one set for Friday at 7 p.m. ET. Saturday's matchup will face off at 6 p.m. ET and Sunday's will do the same, if necessary.
Should Ohio State prevail, it would participate in a single-elimination semifinal hosted by the higher-seeded team on Saturday, March 11 (BTN). The championship game will take place Saturday, March 18 (BTN).
Ohio State split the regular season series with Penn State with each school winning twice. The Buckeyes outscored the Nittany Lions, 12-11, over those four contests.
Steve Rohlik's squad has gone just 1-3-2 with one shootout win over its last six outings and is 18-13-3 overall this season.
