The brickfest last night between Ohio State and Illinois culminated in a shot wedging the basketball behind the backboard. Illinois's Nnanna Egwu, as the tallest player on the court, was given a broomstick to dislodge the ball. After three misses, the fourth time was the charm.
Just remember: a nationally televised game watched by millions can come to a screeching halt so a 6'11" guy can poke a ball with a stick.
