Staying on the Indianan college basketball beat: Purdue men's basketball coach Matt Painter dished a take so hot I needed to put oven mitts on to type this article. (How am I typing with oven mittens on, exactly? You'll just have to take my word for it.)
Purdue coach Matt Painter says NCAA should consider penalizing players for flopping in college basketball. NBA levies fines for flopping.

@BenAxelrod I wouldn't mind it, but hard to do in college. It can't be a decision live. Would have to be after the fact.

It would appear, at least to me, Painter is referencing something beyond the traditional no-call as a penalty for flopping. As Eric Seger pointed out, what sort of currency would the NBA use when doling out these fines? Obviously not real currency, so suspensions? Taking away meals?
I don't have the slightest clue what Matt Painter is talking about. This is a decidedly bad #take.
