Following 5-star quarterback and Buckeye target Tate Martell's decommitment from Texas A&M Wednesday night, Aggie wide receivers coach Aaron Moorehead (@Amo8685) took to social media to presumably criticize the high school junior's decision.
In a since deleted tweet, Morehead said:
"Scared for this next group of kids. There is no accountability and no sense of positivity when it comes to adversity. #selfish #allaboutme"
He did not delete everything, however. The following all remain published (for now).
I feel sorry for ppl who never understand loyalty. I can't really even vibe with u. At the end of the day trust is & everything else is BS

People act like the truth is all the sudden a bad thing. Society is too sensitive. Y'all boys soft. #texastough

Evidently, the original tweet was not about Martell's decommitment at all and the timing was actually just an incredible coincidence.
I wasn't even talking about who everyone thinks I'm talking about. I didn't even know #badtiming #relevanttho #stillnoloyalty

Regardless of intent, the message was seen by recruits and they were unimpressed to say the least. Following Moorehead's tweets from his future position coach, 2017 four-star wide receiver Mannie Netherly promptly decommitted from Texas A&M.

Class of 2017 five-star wide receiver and Ohio State target Tyjon Lindsey also let his voice be heard, announcing that in defense of his friend Martell, he would no longer be considering Texas A&M.
I would like to say thank you to TAMU & fans but due to some tweets subtweeted towards my brother, I will no longer be looking at A&M.

The Aggies lost nine stars in less than an hour. What a night in College Station.
