As someone who has a pretty good nose about fake accounts, it appears @HarveyRollTide, a Twitter account professing to belong to Harvey Updyke, is the real deal.
The key piece of evidence, in my mind, is the header image that appears to be a personal photo from a wedding that happened a long, long time ago. (I can't find it anywhere in Google Images.)
As you might expect from a man who poisoned a grove of century-old trees in the name of a football rivalry (and then confessed to it on the radio), his Twitter feed is rather insane.
