We interrupt National Signing Day coverage to bring you this: Brady Hoke is going to join Notre Dame's coaching staff.
According to Chris Vannini of CoachingSearch.com, Hoke will be joining the Notre Dame staff after Signing Day. The Fighting Irish just lost an assistant coach to Oklahoma, which would open up a defensive assistant spot for Hoke.
Hoke was one hell of a defensive line coach before he became a head coach, and presumably that's where he would end up at South Bend. Given his time at Michigan, it's a more suitable role for him.
