As anybody who has any sort of experience with the U.S. legal system can tell you: Attorneys are good, actually.
And while there usually isn't advocacy like paid advocacy, I'm left scratching my head over this move by Jameis Winston's attorney:
"He's ready to be an NFL player on the field. But he's not ready to be an NFL player off the field" - Cornwell on Winston. Gotdamn.

Not that Winston's immaturity is breaking news, but it's just shocking candor from a guy who's made a lot of money off Winston (and is in line to make a lot more).
If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' ownership wasn't comfortable with Winston now, I doubt this will help assuage their doubts about giving him millions of dollars next month.
UPDATE (11:45 a.m.): Who even knows anymore, man?
Jameis Winston WILL be the #Bucs pick, per source. It's a done deal. Did what they consider due diligence to be sure.
