SEC coaches threw a fit last year after Jim Harbaugh's whirlwind tour of satellite camps through their fertile recruiting grounds.
Harbaugh, owner of the nation's consensus No. 2 recruiting class at the moment, is back at it again with another way to get his football program in front of talented #teens who weren't alive during Michigan's last (disputed) national title.
From freep.com:
U-M is attempting to hold a portion of its spring football practice in Florida at the IMG Academy, according to a person with knowledge of the plans but is not authorized to speak publicly.
[...]
IMG Academy is located in Bradenton, Fla. and has dorm-style rooms and small apartments available plus multiple football fields on its campus. There is also a common dining hall area for the team to eat if necessary.
Easy to connect the dots here. If it goes down, Harbaugh deserves props for the originality since other Northern programs won't be far behind.
