Vaunted Michigan cornerback Jourdan Lewis returned to the Wolverines' lineup against in a victory over Penn State, but UM lost another one three quarters later.
Jeremy Clark, whom Pro Football Focus rated as one of the top CBs in the country during Lewis' absence, tore his ACL during a Michigan fourth-quarter kickoff return.
Harbaugh confirmed the loss Monday at his weekly presser.

Harbaugh said Michigan will apply for a medical redshirt for Clark. If granted, Clark would get a sixth year of eligibility.
