I did not see this posted. Cephus announced via Twitter he will enter the draft. With Taylor already declaring, Wisconsin will be losing its two most explosive athletes and playmakers. While not a household name, Cephus was a downfield threat and an emerging playmaker. He played well against us in the BIG Championship Game and finished the season with 900+ yards. IMO, he would benefit from another year in college, but don't blame him for leaving coming off a solid season.  

Wisconsin just got weaker.
