I've got a few that I'd like to see at some point: 

Wisconsin vs Georgia: two old-fashioned bruiser teams who know how to play defense and love their running backs. 

Ohio State vs Florida State. Fun fact: we're 0-3 against them all time.

Clemson vs Ohio State in the regular season--I distrust their bowl game mojo, but could they beat us in Columbus when they're still rusty (like they always are early season)? 

Alabama vs any good team at that team's stadium. Stop with the "neutral" site BS. 

Nebraska vs UCF (the Frost Bowl!) 

Michigan vs App State (you know why)
