I have absolutely no insight into Ricky Slade, why he left Penn State or what he wants in a new program, but I was just wondering if anyone thinks OSU might even kick the tires on him.  He was a big-time recruit at running back just a few years ago, and we all know what the OSU running back room looks like right now.

Of course there are the caveats of needing a scholarship for him, although I think there could be a spot depending on how many people transfer.  And also he would have to sit a year, so the need for running back might be a little less in one year.  

But I was just wondering if this is even a remote possibility.
