Our favorite sports media outlet just dropped a couple hours earlier this morning. To summarize: They have Alabama back on top (shocked emoji) at number one with a rating of 30.9 Right behind at 29.7, number 3 overall offense and 5th at defense are the Buckeyes.
Decent gap between 2 and 3 with Clemson coming in 3rd with a 27.0 rating followed by Georgia and Penn State to round out the top 5 with scores of 25.8 and 23.8 respectively.
Pretty fair imho at this point in time. I'd still feel somewhat confident in a rematch with Clemson but understand it would be a game that could still go either way especially with some of the key departures we have. Alabama is always well stocked. Question is if Nick's still got the edge. That was kind of a meltdown last year after Tua went down.
