Detroit News article states that a US Magistrate presiding over the lawsuit of Curtis Blackwell, former MSU recruiting coordinator, against Mark Dantonio, Lou Ann Simonds, Mark Hollis and Michigan State University has filed a recommendation in federal court for a full dismissal of the lawsuit.
