Lets face it, any team can be overrated or underrated in a given year.  But a 30 year window certainly gives an idea of which teams are consistently overrated 

While we can debate his criteria, it certainly gives an idea of who is likely to move down in the polls and who will move up which in my view is important.

Before I even looked at this, I guessed #1 and #2 would be Michigan and Notre Dame.

Now both of them are up there but they weren't #1 and #2.

Now that I look at it, #1 makes total sense.

Alot of BIG Teams on the list - 7 made it and most make sense where they place.

And of course our big fat overrated is .... guess who?  No shock there.
