I REALLY am struggling with the logic here with teams in the same state playing and others not.

Iowa St can play but Iowa cannot

ND can play but Purdue and Indiana cannot

Cincy can play but Ohio State cannot.

This just defies any logic whatsoever. I'm sure the higher ups at ISU, ND, Cincy et al care about there players just as much as B1G teams...

Sorry i know this is the proverbial "dead horse" but everyday I just am more and more confused.
