This is the most infuriating thing i have seen. Notre Dame, right smack in the middle of the b1g footprint is talking about having up to 20% capacity and we cant play? I dont think i can question anymore whether this was all about the p-word.
Notre Dame announces stadium capacity of 20% or less, with tickets limited to Notre Dame students, faculty and staff.
No outside fans will be allowed.
Masks required. No tailgating.
Player parents will be allowed.
