I know this is a tough day for everyone...especially this close to Christmas.   I will not lie, I did get choked up a little when I heard that UM had let Don "1 Pitch" Brown go.    Some of my most joyous moments were hearing UM fans and national media tell us how great of a defensive coordinator Don was.   He created "incredible blitz schemes" and a "choking defense against the run!"

As a Buckeye, Mr. Brown was revered in our household.    At one point, we even mentioned him during our evening grace before dinner...thanking God for allowing him to not only be coaching at UM, but for being revered at UM!

Alas - nothing lasts forever.   It is a hard truth that all of us must accept...as painful as it may be.  This one hurts.   It will hurt for a while.

I choose not to be sad...I choose to celebrate that this means that HARBAUGH will remain!!!!
