First thing they should do is remove the penalty for horns down, unless Oklahoma does it and then its a 30 yard penalty.

Next would be to call everything against Texas and Oklahoma. Oh Bijan Robinson just broke off an 80 yard touchdown run, nope holding penalty every single time. Oh Oklahoma just threw a touchdown pass, nope offensive pass interference.

When the coaches complain oh look another 15 yard penalty. Making complaints after the game, oh well fines are now doubled. Since the big 12 is going down in flames, at least they could make those 2 as miserable as possible in the meantime. I wouldnt be opposed to it, and actually would make those games hilarious.

What do you guys think, would the big 12 do this since Oklahoma and UT clearly arent staying? I mean there is nothing in the rulebook that says outgoing teams cant be tortured by the conference.
