Nike is about to unleash what many feared might happen when NIL was approved by the NCAA. Phil Knight and other former Nike execs have started a company to help Oregon athletes maximize their NIL opportunities. It will be interesting to see how, or if, this shifts the balance of power to the Northwest. It could definitely help Oregon in recruiting, IMO. I know Ohio State has done the same but it will be interesting to see if/how the Nike brand/monetary power affects the college football landscape.
