This is notable for two reasons:
1) Drayton was OSU's RB coach from 12-14, and coached WR in 11. If I'm remembering my timeline right, it was announced that he was leaving to join the Chicago Bears right after signing day and there had to be some calming down of Mike Weber, who (rightfully) felt misled.
2) I like teams hiring position coaches rather than just grabbing whatever OC or DC is the flavor of the day
