The Transfer Portal is obviously changing the landscape of college football. I think there could be severe unintended consequences down the line. For instance what will become of High School recruiting will it be severely diminished like it is becoming in college basketball? And will the overall quality of play decrease becuase kids are no longer being coached hard with fear of them transferring or transferring to a lesser program where the coaches do not develop players as well. I think like many have said the one time transfer should not be allowed until 2 years after entering college, which i think would one cause a decrease in trasnfers and help with player development. Anyone have any other ideas or see any changes coming in the future?
