Sure the playoff field isn't cemented, just assuming OSU, TCU, Georgia and UM are the 4 teams.
Sure there are conference tie ins I'm too lazy to map out...though I think James Franklin is gonna take a loss to Utah in the Rose, unless Purdue wins tonight (most unlikely)
Also players opting to sit and coaching carousel changes will assuredly happen...
Anyway, some matchups I'd love to see happen:
Southern Cal vs Alabama- if Young and Williams both play at QB
Texas vs Notre Dame- would be OK with either team losing, and the winner gets early 2023 hype train
LSU vs Clemson- sad Dabo
Baylor vs North Carolina- two fun up and coming programs to watch
Washington vs Tennessee- Vol fans melting down trying to beat Pennix
Oregon vs Florida State- a matchup of good teams that don't often play
With the CFB playoffs and NY6 games and semi recent Conference realignment....slotted, pre determined conference tie ins for Bowl Games are silly. It isn't the 1980's anymore, time to complete the change into the playoff era.
