I don’t put very much stock in social media but ran across this post on Twitter X. Rumors about Urban being a candidate for every open job in CFB are a dime a dozen. Still, I ran across this one and thought I’d throw it out there.

Personally, I think MSU needs to make a safe hire, someone without any baggage. That ain’t Urban Meyer. I had never heard of Bernie Fratto but he’s a media guy for the Lions.

My best mole tells me #UrbanMeyer will interview with #MichiganState for their HC position. Stay tuned. Yes, it's real. It's possible. He has a lot of backers, so we'll see where this goes.@FoxSportsRadio
