This is one of the most interesting articles that I have read on the topic of sign stealing. It provides insight into how FBS coaches view this scandal. 

94% of college football coaches say Michigan crossed a line.
 

Here is the summary:

1. Most coaches think Michigan crossed the line.

2. Most coaches think that sign stealing provides an unfair advantage.

3. Most coaches think that Michigan should be punished.

4. Many coaches find is suspicious that Michigan all of sudden became elite in 2021.

5. In 2021, Aidan Hutchinson and David Ojabo had these hand signals for run/pass, but we* figured that was legit. It got us into the mindset that they were looking for tips and tells. That isn’t a coincidence. We never would’ve guessed it was this deep.”

*I think "we" here refers to OSU.

Considering the widespread negative sentiment towards Harbaugh/Michigan, I don't think Michigan can or will get away with this.
