Two notes:

- The newly-updated investigative dashboard specifies two instances of "untimely production of requested materials" and "improper withholding of communications." I presume the untimely production charge is for Harbaugh, as this was right around the time he left for LA. I've picked up some info that might support that the "improper withholding" charge could be against the institution. Note that this charge is relatively recent, with the proper materials not received by investigators until May.

- Knowing what we know now about the genesis of the investigation (as reported here last week), the early reporting from last fall makes much more sense:
