Same rules as last week - champions are picked by Vegas favorites, seeds by Sagarin. No, I don't think these will be the seeds or the teams in. It's meant to pick the "best" teams with the rules constraining the playoffs.

Lots of lower seeded teams pulling off the wins here including Notre Dame, who Sagarin has as #4 in the country! Alabama is #1 overall but Texas is a betting favorite to win the SEC. Indiana misses out as being ranked the #13 team, and South Carolina is the first team out at #10 as well as LSU at #12 and A&M at #14. The SEC makes up 7 of the top 14 teams in Sagarin. The B18 has 5 teams in the top 16 (Iowa slides in at #16).
As for my actual prediction of seeds on Tuesday (ranking in parens):
1) Oregon (1)
2) Texas (3)
3) BYU (7)
4) Miami (11)
5) Ohio State (2)
6) Indiana (6)
7) Tennessee (5)
8) Alabama (8)
9) Penn State (4)
10) Notre Dame (9)
11) Ole Miss (10)
12) Boise State (12+)
