I put projections for the games without lines based on Sagarin Ratings. A lot of unfavorable matchups for the Big Ten non-playoff teams. Nebraska is the only team favored by much, and Minnesota projected to be a small favorite.
PSU will be a TD favorite in each of their first two games.
