So here is a kid that had verbally committed to Cal. Then flipped to Oregon, enrolled, and was with the team at the Rose Bowl. After the Rose Bowl, he went back in the portal and went to Cal where originally commited.

I just find this pretty ridiculous, because he just got a couple weeks with Oregon and then bailed. I know Sayin did something similar, but that was a result of a coaching change.
I think there needs to be some sort of rule in place and if you sign a letter of intent, absent a coaching change, you're with that school at least one season. Otherwise you will find a lot more doing this and saying oh yeah I'm going to go check this program out in person for a couple weeks and then I'm just going to transfer if I don't like something about it. All the time, money, and effort these two schools invested in this player just for him to bounce back and forth between them.
