Just like the title says, the University calls you up and says you get to create a new tradition for the football team, hoops teams, the university itself, you name it. 

What would you want to implement? 

I would give every football player that beats Michigan a gold pants decal on their helmet for the following year. Freshman would start off with zero, seniors could have up to five or six, depending on their situations. I know they get their gold pants, but having a visual on the uniform would be cool as well.
