One of Ohio State's top 2023 targets is headed to Michigan State.
Xavier Booker, a 6-foot-11 power forward and a five-star prospect per multiple recruiting sites, chose Tom Izzo and the Spartans over the Buckeyes and several other programs Saturday. Booker previously listed Ohio State among his top 10 schools.
