A priority target for Chris Holtmann and company, Chatman visited Ohio State two weekends ago and has the Buckeyes in his top five along with Xavier, Kansas, Minnesota and Virginia.

Chatman has already been crystal-balled to Ohio State by 247Sports basketball analyst Travis Branham.
On the Monday following Chatman's visit, 2023 shooting guard George Washington III – the first commit in Ohio State's class – decommitted from the program, which seemed to increase the likelihood of a potential Chatman commitment.
The No. 8 combo guard in the country, the 6-foot-4 playmaker is also the top-rated player in Minnesota, where he plays for Totino-Grace High School.
