As expected, after one year in Columbus, running back Trey Sermon announced today that he is declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft.

Sermon catapulted onto the scene after a big performance against Michigan State, marking the beginning of a stellar three-game run which ended in unfortunate fashion, as Sermon exited the College Football Playoff Championship against Alabama after just one carry.
Now, he is poised to take the next step and move on to the NFL.
Ohio State is left with Master Teague, Miyan Williams, Steele Chambers, Marcus Crowley, and newcomers TreVeyon Henderson and Evan Pryor in the 2021 running back room as they try to reload the rushing attack.
