I was on the google search engine and Ryan Day is one of the trending topics.  I instead typed in Jim Harbaugh NFL and found a bunch of solid articles.   I am beginning to think he might have done his best work at TTUN and this might be a good time for him to ride that hot hand and go to the NFL.  There has to be a NFL team out there who is willing to ask him what his deal is?
