Basically what the title says.
Ohio State's schedule before Oregon:
8/31: Akron
9/7: Western Michigan
9/21: Marshall
9/28: Michigan State
10/5: Iowa
10/12: Oregon
As much as the homer in me would love to predict 5 shutouts, I think giving up around 40 total points, or roughly 8 points per game, sounds realistic against the offensively-challenged teams prior to Oregon. For reference, OSU gave up 51 points through its first 5 games last year, with 14 of those coming from Notre Dame and 17 from Maryland. None of the teams OSU faces through the first 5 games are as good as those offenses from last year. Thoughts?
