Need an explanation....Play started at the 12 yard line...After saying it was a completed pass and targeting Nebraska got the ball at the 46 yard line....how do they get to keep the yardage from the play and penalty yardage both? If pass was completed it was then fumbled and recovered by Ohio State...therefore the couldn't keep the play or they lose possession....so it ends up being a 44 yard penalty
