The Cavaliers will host the 2022 NBA All-Star Game at newly-renovated Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland The Cavs were in contention to host the 2021 game, but their chances were derailed because of delays in renovating The Q. At that point, the league said the Cavs would be back in the running for a future game provided the transformation project and its timeline were both confirmed and approved by the league well in advance.
