Heard directly from a friend's son that he personally saw Gisele at his school in Nashville on a school visit for his son. (Same school where Herbstreit's kids went, incidentally). 

Twitter rumors also say this happened and that Tom Brady was there at the school too.

Brady to the Titans appears to be a legitimate possibility.
