Probably the most interesting piece. Say Dewine and the state don't allow sporting events. MLB would relocate the Reds and Indians into States they could play in.. They had calls with all teams/governors so the fact this is a provision most likely means one team ( or more) will move..

Worth pointing out. The owners passed their side of this. Players are asking for more specifics on testing and safety and it's 100% certain players will veto this first proposal because Owners are offering a 50/50 split and players want pro-rated money.
