I am not in any way condoning or excusing Urban’s conduct on those videos.

But, if it turns out that he was drunk, shouldn’t the bartender have looked to cut him off at some point or alerted one of the managers.  I realize Urban is one of the owners and/or licensed his name to the place but, still, couldn’t the bartender serving have been perhaps proactive here?

Again, I’m not excusing Urban, and I’m not trying to blame the bartenders that night.  I just wonder what the protocol might be in that situation. And I understand that the situation can get tricky when you’re dealing with an owner. Thanks.
