Jaguars coach Urban Meyer says he likes the team's offensive identity right now. Adds that he wants "250/250," meaning 250 yards rushing and 250 yards passing.

Is this too lofty of a goal? I understand the guy messed up big time, but I have a hard time trying to figure out why setting goals, expecting to work, lighting fires on under coaches is being met with such disdain? I mean, this is Urban. It has insane expectations. He isolates people until they achieve. He also probably yells at practice. Imagine that? I'm not sure what really goes down on NFL teams, but I'm starting to realize that he's not the only problem in this franchise. It's also funny that most of the folks who are ragging on Urban are also Gators and Michigan fans on Twitter.
[Mod Edit: Closing. This would make a decent comment for what is already covered in today's Skull Session.]
