Over 100,000 fans witnessed an all-time record performance by Rich Strike, who was not even scheduled to run until a late scratch yesterday opened up a spot! Rich Strike started from the far outside gate and the very back of the pack to finish first in 2:02.61 edging out two of the favorites; Epicenter and Zandon. Even the casual racing fan has to appreciate this feat! How incredible it was watching this race!
