I read a discouraging article which poses the question of whether the Bears hate Justin Fields based on their seeming lack of effort to get him any playmakers or trench-men to support him:

Having brought in first time HC and GM didn’t do a lot to instill confidence in the direction this team is headed either. Between their non-action during the draft and whiffing in free agency, Justin Fields looks like he’s in the very unfortunate position of having been set up to fail. 
 

The article also contrasts this with how the Bengals went from being gosh-awful their first year with Burrow to getting him the support and team around him to make and nearly win a Super Bowl the very next year. 
 

Any Bears fans that can shed some light on what they are doing over there? Does Justin have any recourse?
