Saw the linked article from Mr. Harrish just a bit ago. The short version of the story is that last MNF between SF and LAR there was a protester that ran onto the field and Bobby Wagner of LA assisted security with apprehending the person. The protester is claiming via a spokesperson that they suffered burns on their arm (due to a flare they set off themselves) and a concussion (because apparently NFL players hit pretty hard).

My opinion on the entire situation is that the protester should be cited for disturbing the peace. Furthermore, they should not be permitted to bring any form of lawsuit against Mr. Wagner as the only reason Mr. Wagner "blatantly assaulted" the person is due to the disturbance this jerk was creating. 

Actions have consequences.
