Before the start of its regular season at Cincinnati next week, Ohio State took the floor for the first time in the 2018-2019 basketball season Thursday evening in an exhibition against UNC Pembroke.
The Buckeyes beat the Braves by an 81-63 final behind standout performances from Micah Potter and Kaleb Wesson. In the win, Potter accounted for 13 points and six rebounds while Wesson turned in a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards. Ohio State dominated the glass, winning the rebound war by a 56-35 margin.
