Ohio State saved its best recruiting weekend for last.
During the final game of the regular season against Michigan, the Buckeyes are expected to have around 60 highly touted prospects on campus, with standouts from the 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 recruiting classes all slated to be in Ohio Stadium.
In the 2025 class, all eyes will be on four-star defensive end Epi Sitanilei, who will be taking an official visit to Columbus as a coveted flip target. Sitanilei has a game with St. John Bosco (Bellflower, California) late on Friday, but he’s still expected to make it to Ohio Stadium despite the early kickoff. With the decommitments of Zahir Mathis and London Merritt this month, Larry Johnson will work to add Sitanilei to the 2025 class by Wednesday as he tries to flip Sitanilei from UCLA.
Speaking of flip, the Buckeyes hope they can stave off Auburn and Oregon from flipping five-star cornerback commit Na’eem Offord. Offord has taken numerous visits elsewhere this fall, but is finally getting back on campus for the last game of the season. Expect fellow five-star cornerback commit Devin Sanchez to be by Offord’s side for a good chunk of the day and for Tim Walton to make a huge final push to keep the Alabama product in the Buckeyes’ 2025 class.
I will be back in Colubus this weekend!!!

Jahkeem Stewart is also scheduled to take an official visit to Ohio State this weekend, which would be his second visit of the fall to Columbus. We’re only writing that visit in pencil, though, as it’s been speculated he may cancel his visit and head to another school. If he does, that’s obviously a pretty good indicator of where this recruitment is going.
With the 2026 class, take your pick in terms of prospects to highlight. There’s no shortage of high-profile safeties coming to Columbus, including five-star prospect Bralan Womack, Simeon Caldwell, Zech Fort and Jireh Edwards.

There’s also plenty of standout linebackers, defensive ends, offensive linemen, cornerbacks and wide receivers visiting in the 2026 class that you can find in full in our visitor’s list at the bottom.
In the 2027 class, Ohio State will get its first commitment for the cycle back on campus. Five-star wide receiver Jamier Brown committed to OSU last week in the middle of the Buckeyes’ eventual win over Indiana, adding another five-star wide receiver to Brian Hartline’s recruiting wins.

Five-star quarterback Brady Edmunds is also returning to campus for the second time this year and a commitment could be around the corner. Ohio State is in an excellent position with Edmunds, and it wouldn’t stink if the Buckeyes’ first two commits in that cycle were a five-star signal caller and a five-star wide receiver.

Five-star 2027 wide receiver Dakota Guerrant is also making his third visit this season to OSU, which is obviously an encouraging sign this early in his recruitment.

Four-star 2025 defensive end Chaz Coleman was expected to visit OSU this weekend, but he changed his plans and will likely honor his Penn State commitment instead.
