Ohio State's football compliance team has a new face.
Matthew Hibbs joined the program as its assistant athletic director of compliance. Hibbs announced the news on his Twitter account Wednesday evening. He told Eleven Warriors he is set to start his new position July 13.

Hibbs spent that last six years with the University of Tennessee athletic department. He spent a year as a compliance intern before earning a promotion to assistant director of compliance in recruiting under former head coach Derek Dooley in 2012, according to his LinkedIn page.
Tennessee shifted Hibbs director of compliance in 2013. In 2014, moved up to assistant athletics director in compliance and football administration under current Volunteers head coach Butch Jones.
Hibbs graduated in 2006 from West Virginia University and earned a Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law in 2009.
