Sixth-ranked Ohio State racked up 590 yards of total offense in a 62-3 rout of No. 10 Nebraska on Saturday night.
Quarterback J.T. Barrett finished 26-for-38 passing for 290 yards and four touchdowns — three of which went to H-Back Curtis Samuel. The pair linked up for a 75-yard score on the very first play of the second half, as Samuel finished with 178 all-purpose yards on 13 touches.
The Buckeyes' defense, meanwhile, limited the Cornhuskers to only 204 yards of total offense. Defensive backs Damon Webb and Malik Hooker both returned interceptions for touchdowns to help the Buckeyes improve to 8-1 on the season.
Ohio State travels to Maryland next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on a channel still to be determined.
