Samuel added a five-yard touchdown run to his portfolio late in the second quarter when he took a reverse handoff from running back Mike Weber.
It was Samuel's third touchdown of the day, tying his career record set against Bowling Green in September.
The ensuing Tyler Durbin PAT made it 35-3, Ohio State.
