Ohio State jumped up four spots in the latest Associated Press Top 25 following the 62-3 beatdown at Maryland. The move was expected since Clemson, Michigan, and Washington all failed to take care of business this weekend.

Alabama still has a firm grasp on the top spot as they received all 61 first-place votes. The Louisville Cardinals check in at No. 3 while Michigan and Clemson round out the top five. Elsewhere in the Big Ten, Wisconsin jumps up one spot to No. 6 and Penn State moved up to No. 9. Mike Riley's Huskers come in at No. 19.

Earlier today, the USA Today Coaches Poll also has the Buckeyes pegged at No. 2. The updated College Football Playoff rankings are set to be released Tuesday evening.
